Seattle, Washington’s New Wedding Showcase Event!!
Weddings on the Waterfront is a magnificent wedding showcase that features the top wedding venues and locations on Seattle’s historic waterfront during Washington’s most beautiful time of the year. Join us as we tour each beautifully decorated venue featuring talented wedding vendors for you to meet. The venues include Bell Harbor, World Trade Center, Seattle Marriott Waterfront, The Edgewater, Argosy & Seattle Aquarium.
Everyone will begin by checking in at Bell Harbor and receive their wristbands for entrance into the other venues. Please make sure to bring photo ID as we will be giving those 21 years of age and older a special stamp. Once checked in, people can explore the great space at Bell Harbor. This is a walking tour so when you are done at Bell Harbor you can walk on over to the other venues or hop on a nearby Pedicab and they can drive you to the next venue you would like to visit.
Check-in will begin at 3pm on July 22 at Bell Harbor. Each venue will be open beginning at 3pm except the Aquarium which will open at 6:30pm. The Argosy boat will be taking a half hour ride on the water from 6-6:30pm so make sure you are on board a few minutes before 6pm if you would like to join them.
We will be closing out the night with a party on the back deck of the Aquarium. All vendors and ticket holders are welcome to the party. This is one Summer Bash you won’t want to miss!
When you check in, you’ll receive a packet with your drink tickets. They will be labeled so you’ll have one for each venue. You will also receive a map that you can use to help navigate the different venues. In addition, you will receive a super awesome swag bag filled with lots of awesome goodies.
There are great prizes you can enter to win at each venue followed by a grand prize at the Aquarium. All the pots from the different venues will combine to create one large pot for the Aquarium. So, the more venues you go to the more chances you have to win the grand prize. To enter to win at each venue, head up to their event space and you will find the prize table all set up with volunteers to help you fill out your tickets and enter them in to win. Weddings on the Waterfront is a great way to check out the beautiful venues located along the waterfront while meeting talented, local wedding vendors. If you choose to purchase tickets at the event they are $40 and can be purchased when arriving at Bell Harbor. Please bring cash or check for the tickets to save some time. There are credit card fees associated with paying by credit card. The event is limited to 350 tickets so make sure to buy yours before we sell out!
